I have challenging dental work and for the past year and a half, I have had several implants, a bridge, and crowns . Dr. Schmitt is a phenomenal Prosthodontist surgeon and a kind and caring person! Every step of the way, he did such meticulous, beautiful , and conscientious work! Recently, Dr. Basilokus joined the practice and I’ve had beautiful skilled work done by him too and he is also a meticulous, kind, remarkable prosthodontist! They both know how to figure out challenges and create phenomenal results! We are all in excellent hands with these remarkable doctors! Every single person who works at this dental office is so thoughtful, organized, skilled, kind, and compassionate! I feel very fortunate to be a patient of this caring team! Thank you!

I’m a disabled single Mom and the stress causes me to grind my teeth when sleeping. Weaverville Family Dentistry referred me to Dr Schmitt because I needed crowns that they didn’t feel capable to take care of. My father was worried after learning dental health affected overall health and paid Dr Schmitt $29458 to do this work but didn’t have enough more money to do the final crown and the Dr wouldn’t provide me with the night guard to protect my teeth until the last one was done. Most of the lower teeth crowns broke after he filed them down to fill so now I have less teeth than I started with when I went there for help. It’s a nightmare on top of a nightmare scenario.

I am a retired dental hygienist that has had complex dental problems since my teenage years. I'm 58 yrs old and now 4 1/2 months into my 9 month journey into full mouth dental implants. Dr Schmitt and his highly skilled staff have worked magic to make my transition to hybrid upper and lower fixed denture. I made a difficult decision 1 yr ago. As a former dental professional myself, my biggest fear was losing my teeth. Save them at all cost. Over the yrs various accidents and genetic factors left me with no other option.. Long and short ,Dr Schmitt hasn't failed my expectations. Giving me fixed temporary prosthetics during my healing process. My surgeries were painless. He and his staff were very attentive to my emotional as well as my physical needs. Dr Schmitt has a rare skill that few dental professionals possess. If you are looking to improve your smile, or have complex dental problems. All offices staff are meticulous to detail and are compassionate human beingsI highly recommend this group. 👌

Dr. Schmitt is a kind, caring, competent, Board Certified, Prosthodontist with a beautiful office and all the very latest in technology, not to mention a dedicated staff of beautifulIf, caring ladies.

Dr. Schmitt did an amazing job at my recent visit! I am not a person that likes going to a doctors office of any sort but Dr. Schmitt and his staff created a comfortable, relaxing environment and overall was a great experience! Also Dr. Schmitt was very friendly and attentive to all my needs, I thought my teeth were at a point where they couldn’t be repaired but he took the time and was very precise and did an outstanding professional job! I look forward to continuing my visits with him and his staff for years to come, I can’t thank them enough!

Best dentist ever. So smart and latest technology. My teeth have never been this clean and Dr. Schmitt understands some complex medical issues I have in my mouth.
